The Assistant Director of Nursing reports directly to the Director of Nursing and supports the Director in all duties pertaining to the Nursing Program. The position is administrative in nature and requires active participation in the management of all areas of the Nursing Program as dictated by the Board of Nursing in the state of employment. All associates are required to display professionalism and uphold our Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.

Qualifications

  • Current License to practice professional nursing in the state employed
  • MSN Required
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience in clinical practice.
  • Minimum one year management experience required.
  • Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications in order to hold position.
  • Must have previous teaching experience from a board approved RV, VN, PN or Psych Tech program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Master’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Nursing: 5 years (Required)
  • Clinical instruction: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Higher education teaching: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RN (Required)
