Job description

Base Pay: $75,000 – 100,000 + P4P Option: Up to $20,000

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid Psychologist license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LSW, AMFT).
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation.
  • Experience in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
  • Clinical outpatient treatment experience with a focus on group facilitation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in correctional environment, DV, or Substance Abuse Treatment.
  • Preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with adults and youth populations.
  • Conduct assessments and therapy for individuals convicted of sex offenses.
  • Maintain web-based treatment files and documentation.
  • Attend clinical trainings and required meetings.
  • Build positive relationships with Probation and Parole.
  • Adhere to professional and confidentiality requirements.
  • Obtain and sustain Treatment Provider Certification through CASOMB.
