HIGH VOLUME SOURCING – HOURLY + COMMISSION BASED POSITION
**BIG PLUS if you have experience sourcing and onboarding Mental Health providers.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Generation Specialist must have a good understanding of the current job market requirements with a strong focus in high volume lead generation. This position demands a demonstrable track record of originating and sourcing high volume qualified candidates. The team member must understand the concepts and key messages behind our Recruiting & Staffing Services and have experience using key sourcing tools. They must have a strong ability to execute calls and optimized workflows. This also includes screening calls, scheduling appointments for interviews, the design of job descriptions, advertise job openings, screen applicants, prepare interview questions and materials, and oversight of the complete hiring process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule a minimum of 10-12 viable/qualified leads per day
  • Plans and executes on all sourcing/recruitment plans and strategies towards achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize our services and personally help close largest deals
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Operations, Contracting, and Marketing
  • Create appealing job descriptions
  • Determine hiring requirements
  • Conduct various candidate sourcing activities
  • Determine candidate screening strategies
  • Use recruitment tools and software during the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews after communicating with interviewers
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed
  • Track hiring progress and hiring metrics
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your objectives
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
  • Participation and moderation of external events
  • Other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of High Volume sourcing tactics along with best principles and practices
  • Experience in working in the 100% recruitment cycle
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter (preferably sales)
  • Working knowledge of HR, HRMS, ATS, and CMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree a PLUS
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in HR, Management, Business or related field. Will also consider 2+ years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education, with strong sales experience in service
  • 2 years of relevant sales experience in the Recruiting & Staffing field and a track record of exceeding quota

Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks.

Proficient with sourcing leads

Social media recruiting

Computer literate.

Manual dexterity to use/handle equipment and instruments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
