Position Summary

As a Respiratory Therapy Instructor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to inspire and shape the future of healthcare. Your role will be vital in educating and guiding students on their journey to becoming skilled and compassionate respiratory therapists. Your dedication will help build a strong healthcare workforce, positively affecting the lives of patients and the broader community.

Instructional Duties:

  • Teach assigned classes effectively.
  • Prepare detailed lesson plans and course materials.
  • Assess students objectively for academic performance.
  • Utilize and supplement approved instructional materials as needed.
  • Ensure the security of assessment tools and confidential documentation.
  • Monitor and manage the learning management systems.
  • Maintain the required class duration.

Qualifications:

  • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Credential.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current state license or certification in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (negotiable depending on experience)
