Training & Introductory Period
All staff begin their employment with us on a 2 month Introductory period. During this period staff will be evaluated for their alignment with our corporate values, whether they understand the responsibilities of their position, are able to fulfill the responsibilities of their position, and seem to desire to meet the responsibilities of their position.
During their introductory period staff will be paid their set wage, have paid office holidays, and accrue sick time benefits, but will not accrue vacation, floating holidays, professional development time, healthcare/dental/vision benefits, or 401k benefits.
