About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, experienced, and client-centered Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioners to provide high-quality virtual behavioral health services to individuals seeking evidence-based mental health support. This role includes virtual counseling/psychotherapy, clinical assessment where permitted, treatment planning, crisis identification, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams while practicing within the provider’s licensed scope.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based virtual behavioral health services.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans within scope.
• Maintain timely, accurate, confidential documentation.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans.
• Identify safety concerns and follow crisis protocols.
• Collaborate with care teams.
• Comply with licensing, privacy, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuing education.

Minimum Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted license/registration required in the country of practice.
• Master’s degree or higher (or country equivalent) in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Behavioral Health, or related discipline.
• Experience providing direct behavioral health services.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology.

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years post-licensure experience.
• Telehealth experience.
• Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, Solution-Focused Therapy, or similar.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Country-Specific Licensing Requirements

  • Australia: Current registration with applicable regulatory authority (e.g., AHPRA where applicable).
  • Canada: Active provincial/territorial registration.
  • Costa Rica: All required national licenses and professional registrations.
  • Mexico: Legally authorized professional credentials and registrations.
  • Philippines: Applicable PRC licensure and legal authority.
  • South Africa: Current HPCSA registration (or applicable regulator).
  • United Kingdom: Current registration with the applicable UK regulatory body (e.g., HCPC where applicable).
