About the Role
We are seeking empathetic Mental Health Coaches to provide non-clinical emotional support, behavioral coaching, wellness education, and accountability. Coaches do not diagnose, provide psychotherapy, or treat mental illness and refer clinical needs to licensed practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual coaching sessions.
• Help clients establish goals and action plans.
• Teach healthy coping strategies and wellness practices.
• Provide psychoeducation.
• Track progress and maintain documentation.
• Recognize when referral to licensed providers is appropriate.
• Maintain privacy and ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Sciences, Human Services, Education, Coaching, or related field (or equivalent where applicable).
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Comfortable using virtual platforms.
• Understands professional boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications
• ICF or similar coaching certification.
• Experience in wellness, behavioral health, or digital health.
• Motivational Interviewing experience.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Coaches may not diagnose, provide psychotherapy, or represent themselves as licensed mental health professionals unless separately licensed under local law. Clinical concerns must be referred to appropriately licensed practitioners.
