Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the educational objectives for assigned courses.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with established learning outcomes.
- Present course material in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly manner.
- Foster a structured and supportive classroom environment that promotes active participation and learning.
- Create and administer assessments that align with course objectives and accurately measure student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to plan curriculum, evaluate student performance, and continuously improve instructional programs.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current and active RN license in the state where you are applying.
- Must meet one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Valid teaching credentials
- Minimum of one year of full-time teaching experience in a state-accredited RN or LVN program
- Meet teaching requirements for community colleges or state universities in the applicable state
- Minimum of four (4) years of clinical nursing experience within the past five (5) years
- Must meet all corporate and regulatory requirements for the position
- Must be eligible for approval by the appropriate state regulatory board to hold this teaching role
